GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) A Grand Island woman will go to trial next March in a fatal hit-and-run case.
Robin Nehls, 48, of Grand Island is charged with felony failure to stop and render aid. She was charged in connection with an August seventh accident in which Justin Foster was killed when he was struck by a westbound vehicle on Faidley Avenue, near Howard Avenue. That location is near CHI Health St. Francis hospital.
Nehls Tuesday pleaded not guilty to the felony charge and a judge scheduled a trial in Hall county district court on March 5th, 2018. If convicted, she could get up to four years in prison.
