Beef Stronganoff



Ingredients

Beef Tenderloin
Onions
Garlic
Paprika
Shallots
Vermouth or Red/White Wine
Flour
Butter
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Mushrooms
Dijon Mustard
Heavy Cream
Sour Cream
Parsley
Potatoes

Directions

Cut beef tenderloin into chunks and lightly flour. Place in a pan with some oil, butter, salt and pepper, cook till brown and set aside. In a pan over medium heat, add some butter, shallots, and onions, saute till tender, add more butter, garlic, mushrooms, salt & pepper, and brown. Then add Paprika, Dijon Mustard, Vermouth, and meat. Add the heavy cream and reduce. Place on plate add sour cream on top with some parsley and serve with some moreish or matchstick seasoned potatoes. Enjoy!
