Shrimp Oreganata



Ingredients

Shrimp, pre-cooked
Butter
White Wine
Lemon Juice
Oregano
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Red Hot Chile
Olive Oil
Bread Crumbs

Directions

Place butter in pan with garlic, olive oil, red chile, and oregano. Saute and place over bread crumbs and mix together. Add more fresh oregano, parsley, salt, pepper, white wine and mix together. Pour melted butter over the shrimp add lemon, parsley, salt & pepper and bread crumb mixture. Cook at 375 degrees and under broiler till crispy! Enjoy
