Tuna Tartare



Ingredients

Ahi Tuna
Greens
Chives in Olive Oil
Tabasco Sauce
Ginger -grated
Avocado
Limes
Olive Oil
Sesame Seeds
Salt
Pepper
Soy Sauce
Wonton Chips

Directions

In a bowl, place diced Ahi Tuna, Salt, Pepper, Tabasco sauce, Grated Ginger and Lime Juice. Toss gently and set aside to marinate.

Dice Avocados and add Lime Juice, Salt and Pepper.

Now take the ring mold and place the Avocados. Make sure they are packed tightly. Next take the Ahi Tuna mixture and fill ring mold and pack tightly. Add Sesame Seeds on top and press Remove the ring mold and add the Wonton chips and drizzle with chive oil.
