Cherries Jubilee



Ingredients

Pie Cherries
Orange
Butter
Cognac
Sugar
Cinnamon
Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions

In a sauce pan, place 1 stick of butter, orange zest, 1 cup of sugar, cherries, some of the cherry juice, and cinnamon, simmer to make a sauce. Then add the cognac, which will cook out. Place ice cream in a dish and top with the cherries jubilee, garnish with an orange wedge.....YUM!
