1lb Ground Beef
DirectionsIn a bowl, take 1lb of ground beef, bread, milk, egg, Worcestershire, salt, Nutmeg, Allspice, shallots, parsley, and blend together. Make into round balls. In a pan add olive oil and butter, and fry meatballs on both sides and remove from pan. In pan, add some vermouth and reduce. Then add brown demi-glace, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and bring to boil, add heavy cream, fresh dill and add meatballs back in. Add sour cream and parsley.
On a plate, place swedish meatballs and lingonberries for dipping. Great for Christmas or New Years!
