Chicken Valle d'Auge



Ingredients

Chicken Thighs
Salt
Pepper
Milk/Heavy Cream
Apple Cider
Hennessy
Chicken Stock
Butter
Boiler Onions
Parsley
Olive Oil
Lemon
Apples

Directions

In a pan put butter and olive oil, add chicken skin down, season with salt and pepper and brown. When you have flipped chicken add the boiler onions and after reducing remove the excess fat. Then add apple slices, lemon juice, Hennessy, Chicken stock, Cider and place in oven. When chicken is done, add more heavy cream, Hennessy and parsley. Place on a plate and enjoy!
