Potato Soup



Ingredients

Diced Potatoes
Butter
Milk
Onions
Celery
Carrots
Salt
Pepper
Chicken Bouillon
Worcestershire
Tabasco
Rue (Flour/milk)
Cayenne Pepper
Water

Directions

In a large pot, melt butter, add onions, carrots and celery and saute. Next add the potatoes and water, chicken bouillon, salt, pepper, bring to a boil. Next add the rue and the soup will thicken. Add tabasco, worcestershire, parsley and cayenne pepper. Then add milk or heavy cream to desired consistency. When serving garnish with chives or bacon or whatever you like. Enjoy!!
