Classic Steak Diane



Ingredients

Tenderloin Steak - pounded thin
Salt
Pepper
Cognac
Shallots
Butter
Worcestershire
Tabasco
Beef Stock
Mushrooms
Cream
Parsley
Garlic
Dijon Mustard

Directions

Season steak with dijon mustard, salt and pepper. In a saute pan, with butter, brown steak and set aside. Then add more butter, shallots, garlic, even more butter and mushrooms. Then add the cognac, beef stock, worcestershire, tabasco, heavy cream. Stir, then add the steak back into the pan to warm and add parsley. Serve with rice and top with more parsely. YUM YUM!
