Rack of Lamb



Ingredients

Rack of Lamb
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Parsley
Thyme
Rosemary
Leeks
Port Wine
White Wine
Heavy Cream
Dijon Mustard
Whole grain Dijon Mustard
Parmesan Cheese
Butter
Demi Glaze

Directions

Start in a pan and place the rack of lamb. Add salt, pepper, garlic, dijonmustard, thyme, rosemary and place in the oven for 18 minutes at 350 degrees.

Then saute butter, leeks, salt, pepper, whole grain dijon mustard, white wine, milk parsley, and saute. Then place in a oven safe container and add parmesan cheese on top and bake.

Then in a sauce pan add some port wine, demi glaze, parsley to make the sauce to over the lamb chops.

Place on a plate with the leeks, drizzle the sauce top with parsley and enjoy! A great Holiday meal.
