Ice Cream Coupe



Ingredients

Rhubarb
Limes
Chocolate Mint
Raspberries
Tomatoes
Sugar
White Wine
Vanilla Ice Cream
Salt

Directions

To make the coupe, in a large pan place the pre-boiled tomatoes, rhubarb, salt, white wine, raspberries, sugar, & lime juice. Then cook ingredients, let them cool down and puree. Pour into a sieve and remove large particles. Pour over vanilla ice cream and garnish with chocolate mint and raspberries.
