Salmon with Fennel Compound Butter



Ingredients

Salmon
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Fennel
Lemon
Shallots
Dijon Mustard
Sweet Corn
Champagne
Greens

Directions

In a large bowl place softened butter, shallots, salt, lemon juice, dijon mustard, pepper, champagne, fennel leaf-chopped and mix together. On a parchment paper place butter and roll into a roll and freeze. Grill the salmon, slice butter and place on top, add some sweet corn, and garnish with some greens. Enjoy!
