Green Chili



Ingredients

Pork
Flour
Chicken Stock
Tomato Juice
Limes
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Onions - Spanish/yellow
Jalapeno
Tomatoes
Cumin
Oregano
Anaheim Chilies
oil/bacon grease

Directions

Roast chilies, dice and set aside - In a large pot, add oil or bacon grease, place floured pork in the pot and brown. Add onion, garlic and cook down. Next, add tomatoes, diced green chilies, jalapeno, cumin, mexican oregano, salt, pepper. Mix together. Add the chicken stock and tomato juice, squeeze a couple of limes. Bring to a boil. Place in a bowl with tortilla chips and cilantro. Enjoy!
