Brussel Sprouts & Butternut Squash



Ingredients

Brussel Sprouts
Butternut Squash
Shallots
Bacon
Cream
Parsley
Butter
White Wine
Dijon Mustard
Salt
Brown Sugar
Duck Fat
Pecans
Amaretto

Directions

Brussel Sprouts:
In a pan add butter, bacon, shallots, brussel sprouts, spritz some white wine, salt, dijon mustard, and cream. Cook together, place in a bowl, garnish with parsley and Enjoy!

Butternut Squash:
In a pan duck fat, squash, salt and cook. Then add brown sugar, cayenne pepper, pecans, amaretto, and cook down. Place in a bowl, garnish with parsley and Enjoy!
