Chile Chilaquiles with a Sangarita



Ingredients

Chile chilaquiles

Ingredients:
Queso Fresco
Eggs
Spanish Onions
Cacique Sour Cream
Lime
Avocados
Cilantro
Cholula Hot Sauce
Salt & Pepper
Tortilla Chips
Butter

Homade Pico:
Tomatoes
Onion
Chili
Jalapenos
Lime
Salt

Sangrita
Ingredients:
Orange Juice
Lime
Smoked Hot Paprika
Kosher Salt
Tequila
Cointreau
Simple Syrup
Bloody Mary Mix

Directions

Chile Chilaquiles:

1 Add eggs to a bowl
2 Add salt & pepper, chili, lime then mix it together for scrambled eggs
3 Add butter to a pan and let melt, then add your eggs to the hot pan. Slowly stir
4 Add chips into the eggs, add little salsa, sour cream
5 Serve the scrambled eggs on a plate. Add a little more pico. Go ahead and hit it
with a little more sour cream, then add your spanish onions. Add queso fresco. Hit it
with some sliced avocados, then a few dashes of hot sauce for color. Then end it with
your cilantro in the center.


Sangrita:

Directions:

1 Juice half a lime into a glass, and save the lime
2 put your smoked paprika and kosher salt in a little bowl, and mix for rim of Sangrita
3 Use the lime you saved and rub it on the rim of the glass, hit it
with your paprika mix, and drop your lime into the glass.
4 In your glass with the lime juice, add tequila, cointreau, touch of simple syrup,
orange juice, bloody mary mix. Then you will want to shake it all up.
Pour into the glass with the paprika rim, and enjoy with brunch.
