Roasted Garlic Curry & Sriracha Cauliflower



Ingredients

Golden Raisins
Roasted Almonds
Garlic
Smoked Hot Paprika
Greek Yogurt
Naan Flatbread
Sriracha
Salt & Pepper
Cauliflower
Parsley
Curry Powder
Lime
Lemon
Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

1) In a mixing bow add greek yogurt, olive oil, salt & pepper, Sriracha, curry powder and smoked paprika. Mix all that together, than add garlic & lime juice, and mix. You will coat your cauliflower in this.

2) Next add in your cauliflower. Toss together for a coat. Put some olive oil on a pan.
Add your cauliflower to the pan and place in oven at 425 – 475 degrees for about 20 min.

3) Next add some garlic to cauliflower. Add parsley, toasted almonds, golden raisins.
Then hit it with a little virgin olive oil. Toss it up.

4) Serve on a plate with some flat bread & raita.
