Southern Style Pork Chops



Ingredients

Parsley
Brown Sugar
Butter
Tomato
Green Pepper
Onion
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Hot Sauce
Pork Chops
Bordeaux - White Wine
Garlic
White Rice

Directions

-Melt the butter in a pan
-Now add garlic, onions, cook down
-Add tomatoes, salt and pepper
-Add white and brown sugar
-Cook down with white wine
-Add hot sauce and green peppers

-Add sauce and tomato to bottom of the pan
-Place pork chops on top, then layer the rest of the tomato on top of pork chops and place foil on top for braising
-Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes at least

-Add butter and parsley to white rice

-Plate up rice
-Load pork chop on top with stewed peppers
-Garnish with parsley
