Two People Charged

Charges are finally coming after an extensive string of car and business vandalism in North Platte on August 6th.

North Platte Police Public Information Officer, Rodney Brown, says they made two arrests.

20-year-old Justin Belsky, was processed and released Tuesday for 199 counts of Misdemeanor Criminal Mischief, plus Felony Criminal Mischief, and Aiding and Abetting Felony Criminal Mischief.

A 17-year-old male juvenile, was also cited for 199 counts of Misdemeanor Criminal Mischief and two counts of Felony Criminal Mischief.

The reports of vandalism to vehicle and business windows added up to a total cost of over $60,000.
