NFL Fan ExperienceWritten by Alex Egan
The Super Bowl is inching closer.
Part of the festivities is the NFL fan experience.
It is something Alex Egan got to experience for himself..
If you think you missed your chance in the NFL, well you didn't. Here at the NFL experience in New Orleans Convention Center fans have that shot to be that number one draft pick.
Well almost, the NFL fan experience is in a massive setting. Fans start out by proving their skill in a combine, first up the important 40 yard dash.
“All these activities, running around is good,” says Chris Lang, Fan From Louisiana.
And great athletes have to use explosion and strength in the vertical jump.
There's a reason I'm covering the Super Bowl and not playing in it.
I didn't say I was a great athlete, we'll move on.
“Oh we've been throwing a football, been taken pic...met Michael Irving, met Michael Irving for the first time,” says Danny Celestin, Fan From Louisiana.
“Michael Cruise signed my ball,” says Jason Guy, Fan From Louisiana.
“I threw a football, I can throw a football, I got a mean arm,” says Euneisha Peoples, Fan From Louisiana.
Young and old the fans in attendance can take in the many attractions.
“The best thing is for the kids, they're running and jumping. I mean throwing a football; I mean they even got them over here running the under armor game,” says Taylor Lang, Fan From Louisiana.
If you're lucky you might even get your name called and live like a NFL player, if only for a moment.
