The first charges are filed in the death of a Hershey woman.
24-year-old Korey Huebner was killed early Monday morning, when three people, in a pick-up, drove into a dirt embankment near Sutherland.
The driver in the Monday morning accident that killed a Hershey woman is now charged.
The Lincoln County Sheriff's Department says 24-year-old Micah Koch was arrested and jailed for Motor Vehicle Homicide and Driving While Intoxicated.
Koch was arraigned in Lincoln County Court.
His bond was set at $100,000.00.
Lab reports show Koch's blood alcohol level was over two times the legal limit.
Sheriff Jerome Kramer says it was .21.
The legal limit is .08.
Officials say accident Reconstructionist believed Mr. Koch's vehicle was exceeding the speed limit prior to the crash.
The accident is still under investigation.
