A Missouri man will be the new dean at the Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture.

Ron Rosati is the current provost of Southeast Missouri State University.

He starts the Curtis job this summer.

He was selected over three other finalists.

Rosati replaces Weldon Sleight, who retired in December.

NCTA is a two-year college offering certain degrees in agriculture fields.

The campus in Curtis includes a livestock laboratory.

The University of Nebraska Board of Regents must approve Rosati's appointment.
