Mediterranean Chicken Kabob




By Chef Charles Lalanne.

First, skewer the chicken and fresh vegetables.

To make the marinade add chopped garlic, 1 whole lemon worth of juice, dried and fresh oregano, salt and pepper and extra virgin olive oil.

Marinate overnight.

Grill kabobs.

To make the serving sauce, use half a lemon worth of juice, cayenne pepper, garlic, salt, pepper, yogurt and feta cheese.

Garnish kabobs with a fresh green salad, sauce, and lemons.
