NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) - It was a busy Saturday slate of volleyball games. We covered the Hershey Invitational and results are posted below:
Hershey d. Ainsworth 2-0 (25-10, 26-24)
Gothenburg d. Bridgeport 2-0 (25-8, 25-17)
Gothenburg d. Hershey 2-1 (23-25, 25-20, 25-21)
Ainsworth d. Bridgeport 2-1 (25-23, 25-27, 26-24)
Bridgeport d. Hershey 2-0 (26-24, 25-22)
Gothenburg d. Ainsworth 2-0 (25-14, 25-12)
A special congratulations to the Maxwell girl’s volleyball team. After starting their season 0-11, the Wildcats have won seven games in a row. They wont the tournament at Brady today, upsetting top seeds along the way. Congrats to the Wildcats on turning their season around!
