Westfield Shopping Center ready to get you in the holiday spirit
Pandemic style
NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) - Christmas in The Westfield Shopping Center may look a little bit different this year but businesses are still determined to spread Christmas joy across the community. Continuing a 10 year annual project that’s near to the hearts of businesses in Westfield. They insist on not allowing COVID-19 to ruin the holiday fun.

This year, participants are in search of 20 hiding penguins across the neighborhood. You will need to print out a “penguin find-it” sheet on the Westfield Shopping Center’s Facebook page to keep track of which penguins you come across. And if your children love to color, their Facebook page also includes holiday-themed activity sheets and coloring pages.

Drop off locations for donations and "Penguin Find-it"
Everyone has until Nov. 21st to drop off penguin sheets and socks. Spreading warmth through the coat drive continues through mid-December. There is more than just one reason why the neighborhood is choosing to do such a unique event.

You can participate in your car or walking outdoors making it COVID-19 safe. You can print off the “Penguin Find-it” sheets by going to the Westfield shopping Center’s Facebook page or by going to any of the four locations listed above.
