Hershey basketball picks up wins at home over South Loup
Girl’s team rally’s from first half deficit, boy’s team dominates start to finish
HERSHEY, Neb. (KNOP) -
Hershey basketball hosted South Loup on Tuesday night, with the Panthers boy’s and girl’s team each picking up wins.
The Lady Panthers rallied from a double digit first half deficit to defeat the Bobcats in overtime, 49-41. With the win, Hershey improved their record to 4-5 on the season. South Loup records just their second loss on the season, standing at 6-2 overall.
The Hershey boy’s team picked up a win as well, in a wire-to-wire dominating win, 58-29. The Panthers continued their strong season, improving their overall record to 8-1. With the loss, South Loup falls to .500 at 4-4.
