Light up buildings and ring church bells in remembrance
Honoring those who have died from the coronavirus

NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) - It’s a national moment of unity and remembrance. Today, a ceremony is being held at the Lincoln Memorial reflecting Pool in Washington D. C.
The Presidential Inaugural Committee is hosting the Nationwide Memorial Service honoring those who have died from the coronavirus. The committee is inviting the towns around the country to “light up their buildings,” and “ring their church bells,” at 4:30 p.m. local time, Tuesday in a “National Moment of Unity and Remembrance.”
