Delay in vaccine arrival

NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) -There is the real potential impact to upcoming COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics due to a delay in vaccine shipments.
The State of Nebraska continues to see shipment delays of the Moderna vaccine.
As of February 19, West Central District Health Department (WCDHD) has not received notice of an updated shipment date.
“There is a strong potential there may be some last-minute appointment cancellations due to the lack of vaccine.”
As more information on availability of vaccines is obtained, WCDHD will communicate through media outlets and their social media sites.
