Students have opportunity to dissect trout at North Platte Public Library

NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) - There are more trout at the North Platte Public Library. This week, students are learning about the internal anatomy of the well-known fish by dissecting them. The Trout in the Classroom program donated many fish to the library for dissecting.

Two more dissections will take place Friday and Monday from four to five p.m. This is open to all ages and it is completely free to participate. To sign up visit the North Platte Public Library or call them at 308-535-8036.
