It will be slight cooler for today compared to the start of the workweek. Highs in the mid 40s are near normal for this time of year, and no arctic air is in the forecast like the last couple of weeks.

Skies will be mostly sunny for today, but there will be an increase in the clouds for the evening and overnight. A snow system will miss us to the south and west while we stay dry. Some of the higher elevations west of Cheyenne, and into Eastern CO and along the KS border could see some light snow as a dusturbance moes through.

To finish the workweek, we are back to a good amount of sunshine as temperatures rise through the 40s to near 50. We will have a slight cool down for the weekend as a cold front moves through. By Sunday morning, Central NE could have a few snow showers. The system’s warm fron moves through with another chance of rain/snow showers Monday evening. Then it’s back to sunshine and highs in the lower 50s as we approach mid- next week.
