Jared Austin started his career at 10/11 NOW in September 2019. He comes from the University of Missouri-Columbia where he spent a few years at KOMU-TV, the NBC affiliate in Columbia, Missouri.
He's originally from North Aurora, Illinois, which is about 40 minutes outside of Chicago. He roots for all the Chicago sports teams, except in the MLB where he roots for the Minnesota Twins. In his spare time, he loves to hit the golf course and go on hikes with family and friends.
Jared is excited to be in southeast Nebraska to share all the stories the community has to offer.
