Jessica Raney joined News 2 in July of 2020 as our Weekend Meteorologist/ Reporter. She graduated from The University of Colorado at Boulder in May of 2020. Throughout college she achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Media Production with a minor in Atmospheric Science. During the Spring semester of 2020 she interned at the National Weather Service in Boulder and helped forecast Boulder's snowiest winter ever recorded.
Jessica was born and raised in the St. Louis area and has had a passion for the weather since a young age. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and visiting her friends and family in Denver, CO. Jessica is looking forward to doing some storm chasing here in Nebraska on her days off and getting involved with our community.
