Marresa joined the News 2 team in September 2020 as the Weekend Anchor/Reporter. In 2017, she graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee where she majored in Mass Communications and minored in Dance. She was also a member of the Middle Tennessee Spirit Program which added to her love sports specifically, basketball and football.
Her father always told her, "Vision without action is a daydream. Action without vision is a nightmare." With those words, she plans on giving a special touch to each story she delivers to the North Platte community.
Outside of news, she enjoys shopping, binge watching make up tutorials, television shows and movies while spending time with her turtles: Poptart and Sprinkles.
