NORTH PLATTE, Neb. St. Patrick's Catholic Church is getting into the holiday spirit.
It was the 29th Annual St. Patrick's Christmas Boutique.
Dozens of vendors gathered to provide a stress free shopping experience for the people of North Platte.
The event boasted decorations, baked goods and auction items among other things.
Owner of Denim Flyz Vicki Schoenwald was there making needle point gifts for purchase.
"My mother owned a workshop back in the 60's," said Schoenwald.
"She was in the business for 60 years. We did ecclesiastical finish work for churches back east and all over the world. I do teach, so if there's an interest I am available to teach."
Schoenwald explained she enjoys needle point because of the longevity of the craft.
"It appeals to me because it will never wear out. It's wool. The wool will out live the person and they can be handed down to families for several generations."
You can find Schoenwald's products on Etsy at Denim Flyz.
