NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) - Cody Park hosted North Platte's 46th annual "Arts in the Park" on Sunday, drawing in both Nebraskans and anyone in a three-state radius. Between four and five thousand people crowded around an alley of food trucks and blocks of artisans displaying a variety of products.

About 150 vendors total offered anything from succulents and lawn ornaments to housewares and clothes. Families with small children also enjoyed a petting, complete with baby goats.

"They've got fall stuff, there's these neat cat portraits over there, just tons of things," said Marilee Hyde the public transit superintendent. "I don't have a hard time spending money out here."

A similar event will be held next spring.
