NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP)- A major spring storm, with rain for some and snow for others, is steadily making it's way into the region.
Steady rainfall throughout the morning had totaled a half an inch as of 9 am for North Platte. Puddles are accumulating and rain is expected to keep coming down through the day.
Heavier snowfall is expected in the west. The springlike temperatures may not let the rain turn into snow for some.
KNOP's Brayden Murdock says that extremely treacherous travelling conditions will appear Wednesday night into Thursday in the western part of the state.
