The North Platte Chamber Hostesses are one of sixteen organizations who are adding their own personal touch to each room inside Buffalo Bill's mansion.

This is their second year participating.

While there are perks to participating, such as receiving a small percentage of admission fees, they say their reason for participating goes beyond that.

"This is a fantastic tradition for our area and we're lucky to have Buffalo Bill Scouts Rest Ranch here and it's worth the time to come out and go through it and it's just amazing to see it all decked out for Christmas," said Chamber Hostesses Member Janet Tinney."

Christmas at the Cody's will be held December 6-7, 13-14, and 20-22 from 5:30 pm to 8 pm.

Admission is $8 for adults and $5 for children 4 to 12 years of age. Children 3 and younger are free.

Park officials still need volunteers to help decorate the barn stalls.
