On Monday, Zuniga was given the keys to his brand new car, a 1969 Ford Mustang Convertible.
The ticket was drawn at the Colonel Cody Cruise Show and Shine during Labor Day weekend.
Auto body tech students at Mid-Plains Community College spent the last two years restoring the classic model car.
Zuniga says it's a dream come true after he's been trying to win a car from the program for the past three years.
"I am a local business owner here in town and I believe in donations, and scholarships," Zuniga says. "My wife got scholarships throughout college, so I think it's a good cause to support especially to the local community college that we have here."
Zuniga says he plans to keep the car and pass it down to his children.
Auto body students are already working on their 16th car, a 1955 Chevy Pickup.
"Last year's car, I see that driving around and I worked on that, so it makes me feel good," said Mid-Plains Community College 2nd Year Auto Body Tech Student Justin Candy.
Proceeds from the raffle go back to fund student scholarships.
So far, more than $85,000 in scholarships has been awarded in the last 15 years.
