A North Platte man was in Lincoln County Court Wednesday after his capture in the city on Tuesday.

Forty five-year-old Trampus Schultz is wanted in Colorado. He is facing charges in Sedgwick County for a November 2019 case.

Officials accuse him of enticing and luring children on the internet and then sexually exploiting them. Court documents show the November 2019 charges are child enticement, internet luring, three counts of internet sexual exploitation.

Judge Joel Jay presided over Schultz's initial appearance. Schultz asked for a court appointed attorney. Judge Jay set his bond at 10% of $25,000, but Jay said even if he does post bond, there is a hold on him out of Colorado.

Schultz is in court again on March 19th.
