NORTH PLATTE, Neb. Snow and freezing drizzle will be possible across the region beginning late Sunday night and lasting though early-afternoon Monday.
Most accumulation will be to the east of North Platte and any accumulation in town will be minimal for both ice and snow.
Up to a tenth of an inch of ice accumulation is possible in the area of the Tri-Cities to Lincoln and up toward Norfolk, only trance amounts of ice are expected across Greater Nebraska at this point.
Areas to the east could also see light snow accumulation, trace amounts to an inch, with only a few tenths of an inch of snow in eastern parts of Greater Nebraska.
In addition to wintry precipitation, cold temperatures are expected early this week with morning wind chills Monday and Tuesday near 0.
