SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. Scottsbluff City Council approved a resolution prohibiting left and right hand turns onto and from East 27th Street from the horseshoe drive exit and entrance into Scottsbluff High School.

This was passed to promote public safety, convenience and welfare.

These additions are recommended to improve traffic flow into and out of the main drive and reduce traffic accidents.

City Manager Nathan Johnson says the high school was also on board and they wanted something in place.
