The award was given at Friday night's Buffalo Bill Rodeo.
The Williams' have been involved with Nebraskaland Days for almost 20 years.
Not only was Susan the President but she also served on the foundation board.
Lynne Williams was integral at assisting with things like color guard and other aspects of the festival.
Dale Studley served on the original Nebraskaland Days Board once it moved to North Platte in the 60's.
“The Williams’ are a great example of an entire family getting involved with our efforts,” said Nebraskaland Days Executive Director David Fudge.
“Susan was our President, Lynn would line up whatever we needed and volunteer, and their son Shane worked in our office. Nebraskaland Days is a better place because of the Williams family.”
The award is the highest honor which Nebraskaland Days can bestow on a volunteer.
