Croak Masseur



Ingredients

Sourdough bread, ham, swiss cheese, eggs, salt, butter, oil, powdered sugar, vinegar, lettuce, olive oil, lemon juice

Directions

Put ham and swiss cheese on sourdough bread, microwave for one minute. Cut off ends of sandwich. Cut sandwich into about 4 pieces. Soak these in egg wash. Fry sandwich pieces in butter and oil. Poach eggs in salted water with vinegar. Prepare salad. Top croak masseur with powdered sugar. Add eggs, salad.
