Cranberry Muffins


Tart Cranberries, butter, baking powder, salt, vanilla, eggs, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, flour, cream.


In 1st bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. In 2nd bowl, cream together sugar, butter, 2 eggs, cream and vanilla. Add wet mixture to dry mixture. Spoon mixture into muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. For the sauce, melt butter, then mix in sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream. Bring to a boil. Drizzle sauce over cooked muffins.
