First make the seasoning for the cauliflower. Take Greek yogurt, olive oil, salt, pepper, sriracha sauce, curry powder, smoked paprika, garlic, lime juice and mix together. Add cauliflower and mix thoroughly. Place on pan with olive oil and bake at 475 degrees for about 20 minutes. Next make the Raita sauce. In a bowl mix Greek yogurt, honey, garlic, onions, mint, cumin, and jalapeno peppers. When cauliflower is done cooking add parsley, roasted almonds, roasted garlic, raisins, olive oil, and lime juice. Place on a plate with the Raita sauce, Naan, roasted cauliflower and limes! Enjoy!
