Start by placing the egg yolks in a bowl, sugar, Grand Marnier and stir over a double boiler till the texture is like pudding. Next in a blender place the egg whites, sugar and vanilla, blending till the mixture is fluffy. Then add slowly to the egg yolk mixture and fold together. Place in bowls that have been buttered and sugared. Bake in the oven till golden brown. On a plate garnish with oranges, raspberries and creme glaze, add the souffle bowl, powered sugar the souffle and Enjoy!!!
