Cooked Mussels - 2lbs
In a sauce pan place butter, shallots, garlic. Start to cook and add the cooked mussels and the juice from the mussels. Cook down, then add white wine, salt, pepper and dijon mustard. After this cooks down add the heavy cream and parsley, stir and cook. Serve about 1 lb. per person with french bread with parsley on top. Enjoy!
