Canned and fresh tomatoes
In a pan, place oil, butter and onions and saute. When the onions are soft add cut up baked potatoes, salt, pepper, canned tomatoes, more butter, prime rib, add more pepper. Mix together and then add fresh tomatoes, chopped parsley, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Toss together. Then in another pan, butter, eggs, salt and pepper. Cook to your liking and place on top of the prime rib hash and garnish with parsley. YUM YUM!
