Chocolate - Cocoa 60%
DirectionsFor the Meringue - take egg whites, sugar, mix and set aside.
Whip Topping - heavy cream, sugar and vanilla, mix and set aside
Melt Chocolate with a double boiler, once melted add egg yolks and mix quickly with whisk. Add Grand Marnier and meringue, then slowly incorporate and then fold in the whip topping. Chill
Place in serving cup, top with more whip topping and shredded chocolate.
