Banana Pudding



Ingredients

Bananas
Nilla Wafers
Butter
Pastry Cream - Vanilla Pudding pre-mixed
Eggs
Sugar
Cream Tartar
Vanilla

Directions

For the crust, in blender place nilla wafers and blend, then add melted butter and mix together for crust. Place in a pie pan.

Then take 12 egg whites, sugar, vanilla and cream of tartar. Blend to make meringue.

In pie pan, place sliced bananas then pastry cream and more bananas and more pastry cream. Then add meringue on top and use a kitchen torch to brown the top. Place in refrigerator and when set, Enjoy!
