In a pan saute butter, garlic, chilies, and dried oregano. When blended pour over bread crumbs. Add parsley, salt, pepper. Then place pre-cooked shrimp in baking dish, pour milk/butter mixture over shrimp, lemon, parsley, salt, pepper, add bread crumb mixture bake until brown. Enjoy!!
